Four Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 (450 grams) can no-salt-added green beans
1 (450 grams) can no-salt-added garbanzo beans
1 (450 grams) can kidney beans
1 (450 grams) can white beans
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Serves: 12

Drain beans and discard liquid. Combine beans and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Serve with lettuce.
