Ingredients
6 tuna or swordfish steaks. Approximately 100gram steaks.
1/4 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Dash, ground chili powder
Serves: 6
Place fish in a shallow glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add marinade, turn fish once to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove fish and discard remaining marinade. Grill fish over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
