What can be more simple than boiled eggs. Use fresh eggs that are at room temperature. Bring water to boil making sure that the water will cover the eggs that are to be boiled. For very soft eggs boil for 3 minutes, 4 minutes for well set but still runny and 5 minutes for firm yolks. 1-2 eggs per person suffices for breakfast. Salt and seasoning to taste. To make the breakfast more fulfilling you should have a piece of fruit with the eggs.
